Why Green?

Teak wood has an exceptional quality that must be highlighted: it does not rust or corrode on contact with metals.

Woods and plantations

The teak is one of the wood more adaptable to environments and climates. Especially he is of natural form in countries as India, Burma, Indonesia and Thailand, but of a time to this part and especially for the level of import that it generates, Trinidad is being planted on zones of Latin America, as Jamaica, Honduras, Haiti, Cuba, wherefrom it is coming in big quantities.

We think about the future

A large majority of teak trees have regrowth capacity ensuring future planting and along with nature some young trees grow called natural regeneration.

Woods and plantations

This wood is thin and lasts, quality very estimated for the manufacture of furniture; easy to work, to dry and preserve; his natural permanence is really good. It has resistance to the thermites, the fungi and in the open air, and is practically insensitive to the dampness and to the insects. It has antiseptic oil that makes her very resistant and protects her from the assault of diverse organisms.

A great majority of trees of teak have capacity of new shoot assuring the future plantation and together with the nature some young trees grow called natural regeneration
